Vitanova

Vitanova Listone Giordano^® is a special water-based acrylic product to protect and renovate the hardwood floor with Invisible Touch finish.

Taking care of hardwood floor has never been easier.

Its periodical application helps to restore a homogeneous appearance of the surface, to increase its protection and to slow natural wear caused by foot traffic.

Useful information

Never wash the floor with tap water only: it will not efficiently clean the surface of the floor and the minerals contained in water may leave behind a residue that could affect the surface appearance of the floor.

Do not use liquids containing acid or basic concentrations, such as bleach or ammonia, which could create marks/halos on the wood that would be impossible to remove.

Do not use liquids containing alcohols or solvents which are aggressive on every finish, particularly on Invisible Touch and Oleonature.

For proper cleaning and maintenance use only the products Listone Giordano^® recommended by ourselves for the various finishes

Direction for use

If the surface of the floor , watched backlight, shows the first signs of wear and tear or dryness, especially in higher traffic areas and washing with Green Listone Giordano^® is no longer sufficient to restore its appearance, we recommend the use of Vitanova Listone Giordano^®.

Before applying it, thoroughly clean the surface of the floor using Green Listone Giordano in double dose.

Always use Vitanova Listone Giordano^® at temperatures above +15°C. If the air temperature is above 25°C approx. or there is a strong ventilation or an exposure to direct sunlight, the product may have a reduced drying time and require greater care in spreading.

Shake well before each use (until all residuals are dissolved).

After washing wait until the floor is completely dry.

Spread homogeneously a thin layer of Vitanova Listone Giordano^® pure in the direction of the wood’s grain, using the Listone Giordano^® microfiber cloth underneath a long-handled floor brush.

In case of a small surface the spreading can be done by hand (without the long-handled floor brush).

We recommend to apply a limited quantity of Vitanova Listone Giordano^® because it could permeate the brushings making it difficult to be removed.
Once the product is applied, the floor’s surface should have a slightly wet appearance.
After 1-2 hours (it depends from the air temperature and room ventilation), the floor is dry and can be walked upon.

Do not wash the floor for at least 2 days.

The application of Vitanova Listone Giordano^® helps to homogenize the floor; no polish or other application is therefore required.

Use this product at least every 6 months.
Anyway Vitanova Listone Giordano^® has to be applied whenever the flooring, always watched backlight, shows the first signs of wear and tear from everyday use or dryness or it retains dust and dirt or has a lower resistance to liquids.

We recommend more frequent maintenance operations in case of average and heavy-duty traffic environments.

1 litre of product is sufficient for spreading a coat on a surface area of approximately 25-30 m².
Keep the product closed in its original package, in a cool place, away from freeze and UV rays.

It expires after 2 years from the production date (see label under the tin).

The possible cause of bottle deformation is correlated to the use of recycled plastic, this does not affect in any way the properties of the product contained.

While these products are not classified as dangerous, keep out of the reach of children. The indications reported in this technical sheet derive from the research and the direct experience of the Firm and have to be considered generally valid, because of it’s impossible to foresee all the applicative and environmental variables.
